CORRECTION OF FLOW CURVES AND CONSTITUTIVE MODELING OF AN AS-CAST N06625 NICKEL-BASED ALLOY

On a Gleeble-3800 simulator, isothermal hot compression tests of an as-cast N06625 nickel-based alloy were conducted in wide range temperatures (950–1200 °C) and strain rates (0.1–50 s–1). Considering the influence friction adiabatic heating test, flow curves corrected. A modified Johnson-Cook, strain-compensated Arrhenius-type Hensel-Spittel constitutive models established based on corrected curves. In stress is mainly affected by coupling temperature, rate strain, so consideration effect greatly affects accuracy model. Moreover, different materials have sensitivities to three conditions. Therefore, improved model this paper can improve its universality after adding relevant parts it. The compared using correlation coefficient (R) average absolute relative error (AARE) determine their predicting deformation behavior above alloy. According our findings, provided greatest forecast over whole temperature range. Under certain rate, Johnson-Cook best prediction accuracy.
